The Danube panorama, the Parliament, Buda Castle, the thermal baths, and a river cruise that photographs well at night — it sells itself, and it prices below Vienna or Prague for comparable hotel quality. We operate Budapest with the full day and evening programme set, plus the Danube Bend, Szentendre and Eger or Tokaj wine-country options for itineraries with an extra day. Hungary also works as the Schengen-side gateway into a Balkan circuit, with Belgrade reachable overland in a day. For MICE, Budapest has real venue and hotel depth, English-capable staffing, and a cost base that makes a 200-pax incentive programme viable where Western European cities wouldn't clear budget.

Best season: Apr–Jun and Sep–Oct. Dec is strong on Christmas markets. Jul–Aug is hot; Jan–Feb cold but cheap.
Connectivity: One-stop via Gulf hubs, Istanbul, Vienna or Frankfurt to Budapest.
