Japan punishes improvisation. Coach costs run several times what an agent expects from Southeast Asia, driver hours are regulated and enforced, luggage cannot simply be taken onto a shinkansen with a group, and peak-season hotel space in Kyoto is gone months before the enquiry arrives. Agents who quote Japan off a generic template lose money on it. We build Japan around those constraints rather than against them. Golden Route programmes — Tokyo, Hakone or Fuji, Kyoto, Osaka — with the transport mix chosen per group: rail with a separate luggage transfer where it's cheaper, private coach where the itinerary demands it. Cherry blossom and autumn foliage departures are blocked early; enquiries for those windows need to reach us well ahead of the season. Indian group catering in Japan requires planning, not luck. We hold relationships with restaurants in each hub that handle vegetarian and Jain requirements at group volume.
