Agent brief
Overview
Spain is the European market that handles Indian groups well — coach-friendly road infrastructure, hotels used to group volume, and enough Indian restaurants in Madrid, Barcelona and the southern cities that catering stops being the constraint it is elsewhere in Europe. We run the standard commercial routes: Madrid–Toledo–Seville–Granada–Valencia–Barcelona as the full circuit, shorter Madrid–Barcelona programmes for time-limited groups, and Andalusia as the standalone for repeat clients. Timed-entry monuments — the Alhambra above all, plus Sagrada Família and the Alcázar — are booked at confirmation, not at itinerary stage. Alhambra slots are the single most common reason a Spain itinerary has to be rebuilt. For MICE and incentive movements, Barcelona and Madrid both have the venue and hotel depth to hold a group of several hundred without splitting it.

Trade points
- Best season: Apr–Jun and Sep–Oct. Jul–Aug is hot inland and crowded on the coast. Winter is mild and good value.
- Connectivity: direct Delhi–Madrid on some schedules; wide one-stop via Gulf and European hubs.
- Typical itinerary: 7N/8D Madrid–Andalusia–Barcelona.
- Alhambra tickets are capacity-capped and named. Book at confirmation or don't put it in the itinerary.
